My Rating: 5 stars out of 5

WARNING #1: This book is recommended for mature audiences ONLY due to language and explicit sexual content.

WARNING #2: This series of novellas are prequels to her Original Sinners series . While they can be read as a stand alone series, there will be some spoilers revealed.

I will never tire of reading the stories that Ms.Reisz come out with! Once again she has managed to surpass my expectations, twist my emotions and leave me begging for more. Her Original Sinners series remains among my list of "favorite books of all time", and I have to admit I was ecstatic to see this novella series centered around Nora as I was sorely missing her.

While all of Ms.Reiz's characters are well developed and unique (you never know what they are going to say, much less what.. or who... they are going to do), I thoroughly enjoyed the addition of her "new" characters, all of whom were not only well developed, but who fit in with her characters from her Original Sinners series as though they had been there forever.

The Last Good Knight series, while shorter than I would have liked, centers around Nora two years after she has decided to leave her life as a submissive, and begin a new life as one of the most sought after female Dominatrix's in New York. As always with her novels, Ms.Reisz perfectly combines her BDSM scenes with enough outside action and mystery that the sex doesn't take center stage.

In this first installment, you are introduced to Lance, an ex-military man who is divorced and working for Kingsley. Breaking all the rules, as usual, Nora engages him only to find more than even she bargained for. He is the perfect sub for her, and for the first time in her life she finds herself contemplating collaring him. Unfortunately, before they have a chance to fulfill all of their fantasies, Nora must leave due to circumstances no one could have foreseen.

I loved the immediate attraction between Nora and Lance. It was evident that this was a man who not only wanted to worship his woman, but was made to do just that. The ending did leave you with a cliff-hanger (although those of us who have been fans of Ms.Reisz know how she loves to torment us this way), it perfectly sets up the next installment (which I thankfully have, review will be coming soon).

I would definitely recommend this (and her other novels if you haven't read them) to those that enjoy a good, well-written erotica story.
